Information we use

The app reads product details, descriptions, SKUs, variants, and image information to find missing details and prepare edits. Some saves also read existing prices, costs, and other variant settings to preserve them.

Wix user, site, installation, and subscription information is used to check access and paid features. We also receive your email address and anything you choose to send when contacting support.

The app does not request customer contact lists, orders, or payment-card details. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising or AI processing.

Scans, drafts, and saved changes

Scanning and preparing drafts do not change your products. Reviewed edits are sent to the Wix-hosted backend only when you choose Save to Wix.

Scan results and review drafts use session storage in your browser tab. Standalone scans can be restored for four hours; expired records are removed when next read. Pending drafts and unconfirmed saves remain until saved, discarded, or resolved. Closing the tab normally clears this storage, though browser session recovery may retain it.

The app has no separate catalog database. Saved product changes remain in Wix, and downloaded CSV files stay on your device. Uninstalling the app does not undo saved changes. Support emails are kept as needed to resolve your request and follow-up, then deleted unless required for legal obligations or an ongoing dispute.

Wix, images, and other services

Wix provides authentication, catalog services, backend hosting, media storage, and billing. Payment-card details are handled by Wix, not this app.

Files uploaded through Wix Media Manager enter your media library immediately. Discarding an image draft does not delete the uploaded file. Image previews make requests to the image host, which may receive your IP address and browser information.

Vercel hosts this policy website, and email providers process support messages. Providers may keep technical logs and process information in other countries. Catalog data is not sent to this website. We may disclose information where required by law.

Your choices

You can discard drafts, clear browser site data, delete exported files, or uninstall the app. Save requests use your Wix permissions, and draft backups do not contain authentication tokens.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information, or object to or restrict its use. Where consent applies, you may withdraw it. You may also contact your local data-protection authority. Email us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity. Information held directly by Wix may require a request to Wix.

If our data practices change, we will update this page and the date above, with additional notice where required by law.
